They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities and cultivating relationships with potential clients.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and generate new business leads through various channels such as cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn. You will also get the opportunity to help produce and distribute relevant market research to add value to prospects
- Research and identify potential customers and key decision-makers within medical device and diagnostic companies
- Book meetings for Account Executives by engaging prospects and communicating our value
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, messaging, and creative ways to add value to early stage prospects
- Manage all activity within our CRM (HubSpot)
- Continuously learn and stay up to date on our product and the MedTech industry
Skills
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Resilience, curiosity, and a strong work ethic
- Comfortable with rejection and motivated by goals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with sales tools (e.g., Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Gong) is a plus
- Interest in healthcare, medical devices, or data-driven sales is a plus
