They are seeking a driven Sales Director to drive growth across the crypto markets, requiring fluency in the digital-asset ecosystem and experience in selling complex, data-driven products or services.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage high-stakes clients across blockchain networks, exchanges, stable coin issuers, and crypto infrastructure providers
- Lead the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification and qualification to proposal development and contract negotiation
- Translate complex data and analytics offerings into clear, actionable value propositions for crypto-native and institutional audiences
- Collaborate with internal teams to design statements of work, proof-of-concepts, and intelligence solutions that address client needs
- Create, manage, maintain, and grow a pipeline of new business
- Build and maintain relationships with Layer 1/Layer 2 foundations, analytics vendors, and institutional service providers
- Represent Inca at industry events, summits, and ecosystem gatherings to strengthen brand visibility and establish thought leadership
- Serve as a connector between the crypto sector and institutional stakeholders, bridging market participants, exchanges, and compliance communities
- Provide market intelligence on competitive positioning, emerging technologies, and ecosystem trends
- Contribute to go-to-market planning for new data products, analytics capabilities, and intelligence offerings
- Maintain a disciplined opportunity pipeline and provide regular reporting on sales metrics, forecasts, and progress
- Serve as a critical bridge between crypto market demands and Inca’s engineering teams, ensuring sector product requirements are integrated into the broader development roadmap
Skills
- Proven sales or business development experience in blockchain, crypto, data analytics, or financial technology
- Proven success in selling licensed data, analytics, or compliance solutions to exchanges, blockchain foundations, or FinTech's
- Deep understanding of blockchain ecosystems (Layer 1/Layer 2 protocols, DeFi, stable coins, custody, compliance, and market infrastructure)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating technical value to executives, engineers, and compliance professionals
- Demonstrated ability to close consultative, multi-stakeholder sales
