Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Numerator is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to support their Sales Directors and commercial teams. The role focuses on ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of Salesforce CRM processes, maintaining data integrity, and streamlining contract workflows.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting Sales Directors in creating and updating opportunities and quotes within Salesforce
- Generate quote forms for Worldpanel by Numerator as needed
- Communicate efficiently and effectively with the Sales Team ensuring you have deep understanding of the sale and its context to build appropriate quotes
- Monitor and maintain data accuracy across key Salesforce objects
- Review exception reports to identify and resolve data inconsistencies across additional CRM entities
- Lead ad hoc data hygiene initiatives to ensure the CRM remains current and reliable
- Collaborate with Sales Operations and cross-functional teams to manage the contracting lifecycle, including subscription renewals, amendments, and decommissions
- Build and maintain Salesforce reports to deliver meaningful data and insights to the Sales team
- Assist in the development and delivery of training materials to empower commercial teams in using Salesforce effectively
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 1–2 years of experience in a corporate or business operations environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Index/Match
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Demonstrated team-player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
