Responsibilities
- Design and solve real-world sales and business development scenarios to evaluate AI reasoning
- Write structured, detailed solutions related to lead generation, negotiation, account management, and sales forecasting
- Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, professionalism, and alignment with wholesale sales best practices
- Collaborate with AI researchers to refine model understanding of sales pipelines, pricing models, and customer relationship dynamics
Skills
- 4+ years of experience as a Sales Supervisor, Account Manager, or Business Development Lead in wholesale, manufacturing, or distribution sectors
- Strong understanding of B2B sales operations, CRM systems, and client management strategies
- Excellent English communication and reasoning skills, with the ability to explain complex sales processes clearly
