[Remote] Sap Finance Control Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Metasys Technologies is seeking a Sr. SAP Financial Systems Analyst to conduct analysis, design, and implementation of SAP systems. The role involves participating in the analysis and design of business processes, implementing enhancements, and configuring the SAP system to support various business functions.

Responsibilities

• Participate in analysis and design of business processes
• Implement SAP system and business application enhancements
• Configure SAP system to support business processes and transaction flows
• Analyze and support organizational reporting
• Execute SAP configuration requests
• Research and identify new business opportunities and process improvements
• Recommend enterprise-wide best practices, standards, and tools
• Provide training and create end-user documentation
• Educate the organization on business systems analysis roles and processes

Skills

• Must be a US Citizen
• Minimum 5 years of SAP applications experience
• Expertise in A/P, A/R, Billing, Revenue Recognition, Asset Management, GL, Project Systems, and timekeeping
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong business acumen and ability to learn new processes quickly
• Collaboration skills to work with both business and IT teams
• Excellent analytical skills for translating business functionality into specifications
• Experience in a regulated environment
• Knowledge of finance, sales, manufacturing, and distribution processes
• Ability to work across diverse modules, not just one specialization
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and remain results-oriented
• Works well independently and in team environments
• Related degree or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of Concur, VIM, and Vertex
• Expertise in Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR)
• Understanding of SAP Security
• Experience with Agile methodology
