What We’re Looking For: • Someone who has a positive attitude that makes students look for any excuse to connect for speech therapy* Someone who is able to connect and engage with people on a personal level and not just on a clinical skill level • Someone who is able to communicate with students in such a way that they know you care and will help them excel in their school environment • Someone who loves to learn and is committed to being part of a team that puts students first To Be Successful In This Position You Must: • Be licensed or eligible to obtain your Idaho SLP License, we help with the licensure process • Build lasting relationships and trust with our students through open communication and empathy • Provide an exceptional student experience through the use of telehealth technology • Provide expert level care during Assessments, Evaluations, Follow-Up Sessions and phone/email communication with school staff and student's parents • Be comfortable with text, written, and phone communication with team members. • Keep record of student interactions, complete documentation thoroughly and in a timely manner • Be open and dedicated to personal and professional growth • 2 years of school based experience preferred, but not required What We’ve Got For You • Working in a fun and supportive environment, where you are encouraged to be yourself • The opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of rural Idaho students • Ability to work remotely from home, no wasted time on your commute • A position with room for growth in a vibrant, non-traditional therapy company • W2 Position.
