VMC Soft Technologies, Inc is seeking a Security Support Analyst to provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to identity and access management. The role involves customer-facing responsibilities, including providing support for authentication migrations and resolving user access issues.
Responsibilities
- Experience with technical Voice support with end customer with strong verbal communication
- Provide L1/L1.5 support for migration from Transmit BindiD to Passkey authentication
- Troubleshoot passkey enrollment| authentication| device registration| and user access issues using SOPs
- Investigate device binding| credential synchronization| and cross-device authentication problems
- Some knowledge of CIAM| MFA| Passkeys| FIDO2/WebAuthn| REST APIs| and Transmit Security is preferred
- Customer-facing support experience and ability to work in rotational support or on-call schedules
