Armstrong Transport Group is a third-party logistics provider headquartered in Charlotte, NC, recognized for creating seamless connections for shippers and carriers. The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for generating revenue through effective prospecting and maintaining customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Use CRM to identify, call, and track prospects
- Effectively maintain a pipeline to generate revenue to meet or exceed goals and expectations
- Perform a minimum of 50 cold calls per day
- Understand market trends and conditions to offer competitive solutions to our customers
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with customers
- Additional responsibilities as needed
Skills
- 3+ years of customer sales experience within the 3PL industry
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Confident decision-making skills
- Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations
- Ability to be perform functions of the role fully in office
