Trident Consulting is seeking a Senior Ad & Campaign Operations Specialist to support advertiser success through operational excellence and process optimization. This collaborative role involves partnering with various teams to deliver scalable solutions, improve platform efficiency, and handle advertising operations tasks.
Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support product launches and advertiser onboarding initiatives
- Lead technical investigations and resolution of platform-related issues
- Diagnose campaign and platform performance issues using data analysis and internal tools
- Build and enhance internal tools, workflows, and automation solutions to improve operational efficiency
- Serve as the primary point of contact for sales teams and advertiser support inquiries
- Support campaign setup, quality assurance (QA), and ad content moderation activities
- Identify operational improvement opportunities and drive process optimization initiatives
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding issue resolution and platform performance
Skills
- 3–5+ years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, Advertising Operations, Program Management, or Strategic Initiatives
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Sales
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines
- Experience in Advertising Operations, AdTech, MarTech, Digital Advertising, or eCommerce
- SQL experience preferred
- Experience building workflows, automations, or operational tools
- Experience supporting advertisers, campaign operations, or platform operations
