Responsibilities
- Partner with network engineering, product, and commercial teams to translate technical requirements into actionable business solutions
- Evaluate complex data infrastructure environments to identify optimization opportunities and improve interconnection strategies
- Drive end-to-end technical project coordination efforts to support expansion of global datacenter operations
- Develop and implement automated workflows to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual processes
- Analyze large datasets and present insights that influence strategic decision-making across cross-functional stakeholders
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis with exposure to network technologies or infrastructure environments
- Strong analytical skillset with hands-on experience in data analysis and business intelligence tools
- Proven experience designing and implementing workflow automation solutions
- Ability to manage technical projects and communicate effectively across engineering and business teams
