Polymer Concepts Technologies PBY, Inc. is a leader in advanced elastomeric sealing technologies supporting critical aerospace and defense applications. They are seeking a strategic and analytical Senior Corporate Finance Manager to support enterprise-wide financial leadership across their U.S. operating companies, partnering closely with executive leadership to drive financial alignment and operational insight.
Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, profitability analysis, and cash flow review activities
- Support enterprise financial strategy through analysis, reporting, and business partnership
- Develop financial models, business case analyses, and executive-level financial insight
- Analyze financial performance trends, operational drivers, risks, and opportunities
- Prepare consolidated monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages
- Develop executive dashboards, financial presentations, and reporting summaries for leadership teams
- Coordinate group-level reporting and support parent-company reporting requirements
- Support intercompany reporting, eliminations, reconciliations, and financial alignment across multiple entities
- Drive standardization of financial reporting, forecasting, and accounting practices across sites
- Identify opportunities to improve financial systems, reporting accuracy, data integrity, and process efficiency
- Support scalable finance infrastructure as the organization continues to grow
- Partner with site finance teams to strengthen reporting consistency and internal controls
- Coordinate with external auditors and support annual audit activities
- Support enterprise tax coordination and reporting activities
- Partner with accounting, operations, and executive leadership teams across multiple locations
- Support special projects, acquisition integration activities, and enterprise finance initiatives
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive accounting, finance, FP&A, or financial reporting experience
- Experience supporting consolidated financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and executive reporting
- Experience working in multi-site or multi-company reporting environments
- Strong understanding of financial analysis, accounting principles, internal controls, and reporting processes
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP/accounting systems
- Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while partnering effectively with executive leadership and cross-functional teams
- CPA, MBA, or advanced degree in Accounting or Finance
- Manufacturing, aerospace, defense, industrial, or engineered products industry experience
- Experience with acquisitions, integration activities, or enterprise finance standardization initiatives
- Experience supporting external audits and tax coordination
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems
- Experience building executive-level dashboards and reporting packages
