The role involves developing enterprise data platforms and building scalable data pipelines while utilizing various data engineering tools and technologies.
Responsibilities
- 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering and enterprise data platform development
- Strong hands-on experience with Python, SQL, PySpark, and Apache Spark
- Expertise in Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory (ADF), and ADLS
- Experience building and maintaining scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines
- Strong knowledge of Delta Lake, data modeling, and data warehousing
- Hands-on experience with Azure Synapse Analytics or equivalent cloud analytics platform
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation
- Strong understanding of performance tuning, data quality, and pipeline optimization
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
