Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. EPAM Systems is seeking a hands-on Senior Full-Stack Engineer to design, build and enable AI agents for quality assurance use cases. In this role, you will partner closely with the client's internal champions and align development efforts with existing agent boilerplates, standards and delivery practices.
Responsibilities
- Design, build and enable AI agents for QA, testing, validation and software delivery use cases
- Develop, evaluate and refine prompts, including reusable prompt patterns
- Work with existing development boilerplates, templates and internal engineering standards
- Partner with client champions to identify use cases, prioritize opportunities and drive adoption
- Translate QA needs into effective agentic workflows
- Integrate agents into software development workflows
- Evaluate agent outputs for accuracy, consistency, reliability and usability
- Explain agent capabilities, demonstrate prototypes and support stakeholder alignment
- Support or onboard tools such as Claude Code as part of the agent development workflow
Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on experience building AI agents for QA, testing, validation or software delivery use cases
- Expertise in prompt engineering, including prompt design, evaluation and refinement
- Capability to work with existing development boilerplates, templates and internal engineering standards
- Understanding of QA processes and capabilities, including test case generation, defect analysis and regression support
- Knowledge of validation workflows and quality gates
- Skills in integrating agents into software development workflows
- Competency in evaluating agent outputs for accuracy, consistency and reliability
- Strong technical communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with modern application development environments and engineering practices
- Background in .NET, React and Angular applications
- Experience with LLM-based development assistants such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot or similar tools
- Understanding of agent evaluation, guardrails and human-in-the-loop review
- Knowledge of prompt/version governance and reusable agent patterns for QA use cases
- Experience working in enterprise environments with existing SDLC, QA and DevOps processes
- Capability to quickly prototype while aligning with client standards and production-readiness expectations
