HireTalent is partnering with an innovative client seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the future of its internal Release Platform. The role involves designing intuitive workflows and user experiences for complex technical challenges faced by engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end user experience for an internal Release Platform used by engineering teams
- Design intuitive workflows for release planning, deployment approvals, rollouts, rollbacks, and change management
- Transform complex operational and technical processes into simple, user-friendly experiences
- Design operational dashboards that provide clear visibility into release health and deployment status
- Partner closely with engineers, technical program managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to solve challenging platform problems
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished UI designs in Figma
- Develop scalable interaction patterns and reusable design components for internal platforms
- Improve workflows by identifying friction points and designing solutions that increase efficiency and confidence
Skills
- Strong experience designing internal tools, enterprise platforms, or developer-facing products
- Experience designing workflow-heavy applications with complex user journeys
- Background creating operational dashboards, configuration-heavy interfaces, or technical products
- Excellent systems thinking, information architecture, and UX problem-solving skills
- Experience designing for permissions, role-based access, state transitions, and edge cases
- Comfortable collaborating with engineering teams on technical products from discovery through delivery
- Strong proficiency with Figma
