As a Senior Solution Delivery Consultant, you will support established clients post-implementation by providing expert guidance and optimizing systems to enhance client engagement and value.
Responsibilities
- Complete complex system configuration and assist with testing as necessary; ensure proper configuration management and change control processes
- Gather and document business requirements based upon client requirements and known system functionality
- Lead design sessions to uncover interdependencies and design decision impacts using recommended practices
- Responsible for training, coaching, guiding and mentoring Application Analysts and Consultants
- Identify, resolve and report solution status, risks, and issues to client and Netsmart leadership; analyze data to determine configuration readiness
- Develop client relationships and navigate through conflict and complex relationship situations to achieve business objectives
- Identify and execute process improvement opportunities and efficiencies
- Identify and generate documentation for best practices in methodology
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- At least 2 years of health care information technology implementation experience including troubleshooting data and software applications
- At least 1 year of process improvement experience
- At least 1 year of project execution experience
- Experience with programing solutions similar to JAVA Script, HTML, CSS, Asp.NET, C#, Visual Basic, VB.net
- Experience with Netsmart EHR solutions
- Experience within the Netsmart client industries (clinical, human services, long term care, senior living, etc.)
- Experience with reporting solutions similar to Crystal Reports, SSRS, SQL, Tableau, SSIS
- At least 2 years Netsmart EHR solution work experience (myAvatar)
- Experience in Billing system maintenance or implementation
- Experience with CPT/HCPCS coding for behavioral health, including inpatient and outpatient services
- Experience with 837P/837I claims, and clearinghouse workflows
- Knowledge of remittance processing, 835 interpretation, and denial management
- A/R knowledge, including aging, reconciliation, and follow-up strategies
- Familiar with eligibility verification and Medicaid/Medicare billing, including MCOs
- Understanding of reimbursement models (FFS, CCBHC, case rates, DRG, value-based)
- Collaborative approach to aligning billing with clinical documentation and compliance
