What You'll Do
Coordinate service requests and assist with managing day-to-day client activities
Review information for accuracy and ensure all required details are properly recorded
Help facilitate communication regarding updates, confirmations, and next steps
Track ongoing requests and assist with timely completion of outstanding items
Maintain organized digital records and documentation
Provide support related to client needs, inquiries, and service adjustments
Assist with workflow management and operational coordination tasks
Work collaboratively with team members to support service excellence
