Deckers Brands is a company committed to diversity and inclusion, seeking a Supply Programs Analyst to support and execute programs that drive key footwear initiatives. This role involves partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure product availability, production readiness, and on-time market execution.
Responsibilities
- Support replenishment and inventory strategy for continuous core program (CCP) items
- Monitor global inventory health, forecast accuracy, and sell-through to optimize product flow
- Coordinate with factories, suppliers, and planning teams to maintain continuous production for core products
- Drive speed-to-market initiatives by supporting critical path activities and identifying opportunities to reduce lead times and improve supply chain agility
- Validate approvals and allocations for product launches and collaborations
- Confirm and communicate additional costs and allocations for collaborative projects
- Track production, transit, and delivery schedules for NPI, MPP, Speed to Market, and Collab projects
- Coordinate with regional teams to resolve at-risk items and develop frameworks for future programs
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Logistics, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in supply planning, inventory management, operations, or supply chain analytics
- Experience working with ERP and planning systems (SAP, Oracle, Netsuite, or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel proficiency
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Certifications in Supply Chain Management, inventory optimization, ERP systems, or continuous improvement
