As the Team Lead, Sales, you will coach and develop a team of sales professionals while also working as an individual contributor to understand customer needs and sales processes.
Responsibilities
- Accomplish and exceed individual sales goals
- Work as an individual contributor on the sales team for 3-6 months to gain a deep understanding of the sales process and customer needs
- Lead a team of sales professionals to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Provide coaching, feedback, and support to team members to help them achieve their goals
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
- Develop and improve sales processes and strategies to drive growth
Skills
- 1+ year of management or leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proven success as a salesperson
- Familiarity with sales CRMs and processes
- Experience using AI tools to increase quality and efficiency of work
- Passion for coaching and developing people
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
