GDI Infotech is a growing Managed Services Provider (MSP) seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager (TAM) to serve as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of clients. This role involves maintaining strong client relationships, driving customer satisfaction, and identifying technology and revenue-generating opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships across a portfolio of clients
- Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic account discussions and ongoing business reviews
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and present technology roadmaps, performance metrics, and recommendations
- Identify opportunities for additional services, projects, and technology solutions that align with client business goals
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful delivery of services and projects
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure a high level of satisfaction and retention
- Develop a thorough understanding of client environments, objectives, and business challenges
Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, Business Development, or a Technical Account Manager role
- Previous experience within an MSP, IT Services Provider (ITSP), or similar technology-focused environment preferred
- Experience working with SMB clients and understanding their technology needs
- Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to identify business opportunities and translate them into technology solutions
- Comfortable discussing IT infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, and managed services offerings
- MSP, IT Services, or technology consulting background
- Experience conducting executive-level business reviews and strategic planning sessions
- Proven track record of account growth, client retention, and revenue generation
