HCL Global Systems Inc is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead and drive large-scale, cross-functional initiatives focused on AI-driven solutions and enterprise technology delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end program execution, stakeholder alignment, and ensuring timely delivery in a regulated environment, particularly in healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program planning, roadmap creation, and execution of complex initiatives
- Ensure alignment across multiple workstreams, dependencies, and delivery milestones
- Act as the central point of contact for business, technology, and leadership stakeholders
- Facilitate decision-making, align priorities, and ensure program transparency
- Proactively identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues
- Drive timely escalations and resolution strategies to ensure delivery continuity
- Establish and manage program governance, including intake, prioritization, QA validation, and release readiness
- Define and standardize processes for scalable and repeatable delivery
- Monitor program health, timelines, and deliverables
- Ensure adherence to quality, compliance, and release standards
- Provide clear, structured updates to leadership through executive dashboards and reports
