Responsibilities
- Address complex and sensitive issues for customers, ensuring timely resolution and customer retention through empathy and effective solutions
- Offer proactive solutions to prevent future issues and follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction after resolution
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve escalated issues requiring subject matter expertise beyond the contact center
- Act as a support resource for agents, providing guidance on complex cases and assisting with difficult contacts as needed
- Ensure all consumer contacts, escalations, and resolutions are accurately documented in CRM systems
Skills
- 1 to 3 years customer service experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills across all channels
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle escalated situations with patience and tact
- Proven ability to work closely with cross-functional partners ensuring consistent service quality
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and Word, with the ability to learn multiple databases quickly
- Retail customer service experience
