Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. EcomMBA is the team behind the ATLAS Brand Builder Program, specializing in building, launching, and scaling e-commerce brands. The TikTok Shop Manager will oversee the performance and execution of client brands, managing various aspects of social commerce to ensure growth and meet GMV targets.
Responsibilities
- Own weekly GMV performance across your brand portfolio — analyze results every Monday, identify what drove (or killed) performance, and set clear action priorities for the week
- Run affiliate creator recruitment at scale, managing the full pipeline from outreach and sample requests to activation and repeat posting
- Review affiliate content weekly and score performance (CTR, watch time, CVR, GPM), identify winning hooks and formats, and translate those insights into updated creator briefs
- Activate paid ads within 48 hours on top-performing organic content to maximize reach and conversion while the algorithm is still hot
- Manage paid media campaigns (GMV Max etc), scaling winners and cutting underperformers within agreed ROAS guardrails
- Deliver a clear weekly performance update to each client brand: GMV vs. target, content insights, affiliate pipeline status, and key risks — written so a founder can read it in two minutes
- Monitor Seller Center health, hero SKU availability, shop performance scores, and fulfillment metrics, proactively flagging operational issues before they hit sales or shop status
- Coordinate with our Amazon and sourcing teams so TikTok Shop momentum (reviews, search volume, social proof) compounds across the full Golden Trifecta
Skills
- Hands-on TikTok Shop management experience and have been directly responsible for GMV
- Proven experience managing TikTok Shop (US market strongly preferred) with direct accountability for GMV targets — you can point to shops you ran and the numbers you drove
- 2+ years of experience in consumer-facing e-commerce, ideally managing or owning a brand's online sales channel (not purely campaign delivery)
- Strong understanding of commercial levers: conversion rate, AOV, margin, commission structures, and stock dynamics
- Proven experience running affiliate or creator pipelines: recruitment at scale, sample logistics, commission negotiation, and performance-based content evaluation
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop paid media (Spark Ads, GMV Max, Shop Ads) and confidence making day-to-day budget decisions without hand-holding
- Strong written communicator in English — you'll be writing weekly performance updates that clients actually read and trust
- Able to manage multiple brand portfolios simultaneously without losing commercial focus or operational discipline
- Based in the United States (strongly preferred) — you need to operate in US time zones and understand the US TikTok Shop ecosystem, creators, and consumer behavior
- Self-directed and remote-ready: you don't wait for instructions when the data is already telling you what to do
- Experience working inside an agency or DFY/brand-incubator environment with multiple client accounts
- Familiarity with Amazon FBA and how TikTok Shop demand spills over into marketplace search
- Experience with creator CRM or outreach tools (e.g., TikTok Affiliate Center at scale, Kalodata, EchoTik, or similar analytics platforms)
- Comfort using AI tools to speed up outreach, briefing, and reporting
