Responsibilities
- Act as an SME to support Finance Transformation during an implementation
- Focus on knowledge transfer, training, and general advisory support
Skills
- 3 to 5+ years of Workday Adaptive experience in financial systems, FP&A, or business systems roles, with a strong track record of driving system improvements and supporting complex planning and reporting processes
- Experience leading or contributing to an Adaptive implementation is required
- Experience with integrations between Adaptive and other enterprise financial applications, including SAP, Workday HCM, Snowflake, Power BI, or equivalent tools
- FP&A experience either through direct experience or through working with stakeholders
- Experience building models from the ground up using Adaptive best practices, with very little supervision
- Seeking candidates with workforce instead of financial planning
- Experience with Adaptive Planning, headcount planning, and workforce planning processes, ideally within HR Operations, HR Systems, or Workforce Management functions where planning and forecasting activities are commonly managed
- Strong process documentation and training experience
- Workday Adaptive Planning certification is a plus
- Experience with a high-tech, rapid-growth, or publicly traded SAAS company is also a plus
