They are seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to assist with daily campaign operations and reporting within their Marketing Operations team.
Responsibilities
- Manage and process inbound requests within Asana
- Assist the Marketing Automation Manager with Marketo list imports, campaign builds and reviews, program execution, and database reporting
- Communicate with request stakeholders on ticket status and clarification
- Use other marketing ops tools, like Salesforce CRM (SFDC), ZoomInfo to create or enrich records, Zoom for Webinars, etc
- Meet regularly with the Marketing Automation Manager to review requests and remove roadblocks
- Document processes and assist teammates with system processes
Skills
- 2 years of B2B marketing operations or automation experience
- Marketo and Salesforce experience. Certifications are a plus
- Be a self-starter. Be curious. Have the drive to build and optimize
- Communicate clearly and often to ensure leadership and colleagues are kept aware of relevant issues or updates
- Ability to conceptualize, plan, and document effectively
- Proactive and driven to solve problems and find innovative solutions
- Able to work in the US Eastern time zone from 9 am to 5 pm
