Role Overview – Sales Chat Support Agent

The Sales Chat Support Agent is a pivotal member of our telecommunications sales team. Working primarily through live chat and email, you will guide prospective customers through the discovery, consideration, and purchase phases of our client’s telecom products and services. You will be expected to close sales via chat or phone, recommend accessories, and upsell complementary devices such as tablets and the latest smartphones.
