- CRM & Reporting: Hands-on experience with Salesforce or HubSpot for tracking prospect interactions and pipeline progress.
- Location: Poland
- Languages: Fluent or native French and a strong command of English are mandatory
- Industry Experience: Previous experience in AdTech, MarTech, SaaS, or Tech Sales preferred
Experience:
- 1-3 years in a Business Development Representative/Sales Development Representative role (outbound sales) within a fast-paced, high-growth company
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding quota in lead generation and pipeline contribution
- Ability to adapt messaging for different buyer personas in enterprise and mid-market segments
