We are seeking a skilled and technically strong Salesforce Administrator to support, enhance, and scale our Salesforce environment. This role will play a key part in CRM migrations, application integrations, and backend system architecture. The ideal candidate combines traditional Salesforce administration expertise with a solid background in software engineering, APIs, and cloud-based integrations.
Key Responsibilities
• Administer, configure, and maintain Salesforce to meet evolving business needs
• Lead and support CRM migrations, including data mapping, data cleansing, validation, and deployment
• Integrate new internal and third-party applications with Salesforce using APIs and middleware tools
• Design and maintain cloud-based integrations across enterprise systems
• Act as an API architect, defining integration patterns, authentication methods, and data flow standards
• Collaborate with engineering and business teams on backend development related to Salesforce
• Build and maintain Flows, validation rules, custom objects, page layouts, and automation
• Manage user setup, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security controls
• Monitor system performance, data quality, and integration health
• Create reports and dashboards to support leadership and operational teams
• Document system architecture, integrations, and administrative processes
• Stay current with Salesforce releases, best practices, and emerging technologies
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a production environment
• Strong experience with CRM migrations and system integrations
• Solid background in software engineering or backend development
• Hands-on experience with API design and integration (REST/SOAP)
• Experience with cloud integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, or similar)
• Understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and automation tools
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical and integration issues
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Preferred Qualifications
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201)
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and deployment best practices
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
• Prior experience in a hybrid admin/developer or admin/architect role
