The Role

We are seeking a Catastrophe Modeler with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our North America Analytics team to support the delivery of high-quality analytics and risk insights to re/insurers. This is a unique, high visibility role in a new and growing team to build differentiated analytics capabilities from the ground up as well as shape strategy and drive innovation.

This role offers a blend of hands-on modeling, exposure to strategic initiatives, and client engagement. You’ll work closely with brokers and analytics colleagues, gaining insight into client needs and helping shape Willie Re’s analytics offering.  This role is open to remote candidates located within the East Coast and Central region of the U.S.

Salary Range: US (National): $110,000 - $150,000

The actual salary for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
