On job responsibilities
• Exhibiting strong analytical and problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality solutions to clients
• Working closely with Front/Middle/Back Office, Operations, and Finance business users and being responsible for gathering, documenting, and delivering requirements and used cases through to user acceptance and implementation
• Partnering with business users, you will work as part of a diverse project team and be recognized as an Endur expert
• Manage communication across multiple stakeholders
What will put you ahead
• Strong understanding of the energy/commodity trading business - Oil, Gas, Power, and Commodities
• Experience in linear and non-linear instruments in a Commodity Trading environment
• Self-starter with a proven delivery track record in analysis, design, and configuration
• Strong experience of physical and financial gas, power, emissions and coal trading, valuation, and PnL
• Exposure to and understanding of the full trade lifecycle allied with strong knowledge of the system business processes
• Understanding of several commodity/asset classes and implementation across multiple Openlink clients
• Working knowledge of more technical aspects of Endur, such as Open JVS, Open Components, Report Builder, TPM
• Understanding of software implementation and testing principles
• The ability to take ownership and deliver results in challenging, client-facing environments
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience, due to this being a customer-facing role
• Ability to work with a collaborative team, being able to provide input while accepting others’ ideas with an open mind
• Experience in a professional services consultancy
• Bachelor's or Master's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
