Role Overview
The Senior Contract Specialist – TUSOPA will manage high-value commercial agreements to ensure strong contract governance, performance and compliance with Telstra’s obligations, particularly under TUSOPA and related arrangements.
What You Will Do
Manage regular and ad hoc meetings with, reporting to and requests from the Department of Communications in relation to TUSOPA, including preparing, coordinating and conducting contract review meetings. Lead internal governance relating to TUSOPA, identify and oversee management of risks to contractual obligations as well as contract-related risks to Telstra.

- Strong analytical capability to assess and explain financial forecasts and actual costs
- Strong attention to detail
- High capability to maintain contract artefacts and supporting documentation
- Ability to weigh legal, commercial and operational considerations to support sound decision-making
- Ability to operate independently with limited supervision on complex, non-routine contract matters
- Capability to lead contract governance meetings, contract performance reviews and other sensitive discussions
