This role is responsible for leading the forecasting and financial planning for several operating expenses in addition to supporting the FP&A team with the financials. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and analytical problem solver with a strong attention to detail.Reports toManager, Retail FP&AEssential Duties And ResponsibilitiesP&L Management - Lead financial oversight of retail cost centers, including budgeting, tracking, variance analysis, and reporting. Ensure alignment with broader financial goals and identify opportunities for cost optimization. Support managers with P&L management of both US and Canada retail.Ongoing Business Insights - Deliver daily and weekly performance reporting to support business recaps. Analyze trends, identify risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations to drive business performance.Quarterly Earnings Reporting - Prepare and update financial materials to support internal and external quarterly earnings processes.
