As a Senior Gear Engineer at careerzynith, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our development teams across all disciplines. Your work will multiply our collective efforts, enhance team performance, and help us maintain the high standard of quality that our players expect. This position requires a unique blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a passion for empowering others through well-designed tools and processes.
You'll work closely with our art, design, and engineering teams to identify workflow inefficiencies, pain points, and challenges in our development process. Through collaboration, you'll generate potential solutions, weigh tradeoffs given project constraints and development timelines, implement the selected solution, and support team adoption. Additionally, you'll be responsible for assisting in the development, enhancement, and maintenance of careerzynith's existing engine-specific and custom toolset.
