Property Management: Senior Maintenance Coordinator
As a Senior Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing capital improvement projects and emergency restoration work at occupied properties, ensuring efficient execution, cost control, and clear communication. They serve as the primary point of contact with all stakeholders for projects–homeowners, tenants, and vendors. They oversee projects such as roof replacements, appliance upgrades, fencing repairs, and water/fire damage restoration, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
