About the role -

Building teacher capacity within large-scale government education systems to facilitate student agency is deeply challenging. It requires educators to reexamine long-held beliefs about teaching and gradually build confidence in new classroom practices. We believe that nurturing student agency begins with investing in teachers' own sense of agency.

At scale, the quality of professional development is often compromised by systemic challenges—such as cascade loss, one-size-fits-all approaches, weak feedback loops, and complex classroom realities. Consequently, a gap frequently exists between training delivery and meaningful classroom change.

We are seeking a seasoned professional who brings a strong diagnostic lens to this work. Sitting at the heart of our Curriculum and Pedagogy team, you will own the Teacher Professional Development (TPD) vertical. You will diagnose core systemic gaps, understand the constraints of public education (time, hierarchy, and geography), and work backwards to design practical, scalable, and context-sensitive solutions.
