Job Description:
• Design and implement predictive models to analyze and anticipate user behavior
• Define and establish data instrumentation, telemetry, and observability standards
• Develop frameworks and prototypes for analyzing and optimizing user experiences driven by AI agents
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams
• Create analytical models and reporting frameworks
• Guide experimentation strategies, including A/B testing
• Provide technical leadership and recommendations on data architecture and system scalability
• Translate ambiguous product questions into structured analytical programs.
Requirements:
• 10+ years in data science or applied ML
• significant time in product analytics or user behavior modeling
• demonstrated ability to conduct applied research
• stay at the forefront of emerging AI technologies (LLMs, agentic systems, MCP, tool-use frameworks, RAG architectures)
• familiarity with modern AI evaluation approaches for AI-powered and agentic systems
• deep experience with predictive modeling — classification, survival analysis, sequence models, or LTV/propensity frameworks
• fluency in designing instrumentation and event schemas for complex, stateful systems
• demonstrated ability to define metrics and measurement frameworks for new product spaces
• experience working on or adjacent to AI/ML-powered products
• strong communicator who can translate modeling work into product and business language at the executive level.
