Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions. Utilize networking expertise to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions to clients. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and target markets. Deliver presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients to showcase HP's networking technology solutions. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships. Provide regular and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management. Mentor and train junior sales team members on networking technology and sales strategies. Represent HP at industry events and conferences to expand the company's network and promote our solutions. Continuously strive to improve sales processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute campaigns to generate leads and promote HP's networking technology solutions. Provide excellent customer service and support to maintain long-term relationships with clients. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical standards, at all times.
