Job Description:
• Focus on Honeywell's hospitality brand, INNCOM and Onity
• Develop and implement strategies and tactics around guestroom automation solutions
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities for revenue generation
• Collaborate with key decision makers to expand market share
• Maintain close relationships with Operations, R&D, Engineering, and Product Marketing
• Prioritize, develop, and deploy solutions to the market
• Interface externally with customers, partners, competitors
• Understand technological trends, regulatory changes, and trade group initiatives
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical sales
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to travel 30% - Alaska, Arizona, Nevada, and New Mexico.
• Must be a US citizen
• Bachelor's degree
• Possess a strong entrepreneurial mindset
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics
• Experience in guest room automation/energy management
• Strong pre-existing relationships in the hospitality segment
• Strong technical skills combined with excellent business acumen
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• An ability to take initiative and work with limited direction
• Salesforce experience
• Experience generating a pipeline of business to increase revenue, performance and profitability
