Overview:
2020 Companies is now hiring for a remote Technical Training Lead
The Technical Training Lead supports the Shared Services Training organization by creating, maintaining, and distributing high-quality training content for 2020 Companies' client programs and onboarding initiatives. This role partners closely with the Technical Training Manager, Account Managers, Project Coordinators, and the Onboarding team to develop instructional materials, surveys, SCORM modules, videos, and onboarding resources that prepare field representatives and employees for successful execution.
The Technical Training Lead is expected to manage multiple training assignments simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and responsiveness. This role plays a key part in supporting field readiness, onboarding success, standardized documentation, and continuous improvement across all client programs.

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Monitor communications from Account Managers regarding new and existing projects
Attend project kickoff meetings to gather training requirements
Develop and maintain professional instructional guides using standardized templates
Design field-ready PDF instructions and technical job aids
Create, edit, and maintain instructional videos from field recordings and digital assets
Assist with SCORM module creation, publishing, and maintenance
Develop technical and foundational training content for field representatives
Build and maintain project surveys supporting client execution requirements
Maintain the Training Tracker to ensure project transparency
Update training materials based on client changes and field feedback
Maintain the SharePoint content library and version control
Monitor training assignments and completion reporting
Assist with Teams channel moderation and onboarding support
Collaborate with the Technical Training Manager on workload priorities
Recommend improvements to training documentation, workflows, and instructional content
Support cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in Training, Instructional Design, Project Coordination, Client Services, or a related field
Experience creating technical documentation, instructional guides, or training materials
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple concurrent assignments and deadlines
Strong collaboration and relationship management skills
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate SCORM, Synthesia, SharePoint, or similar content creation tools is preferred
Video editing experience preferred
Creative problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset
