- Promote and sell air travel: Represent careerzynith’s brand by actively promoting flight options, special programs, and loyalty benefits to both individual travelers and corporate accounts.
- Itinerary creation and fare computation: Build accurate travel itineraries, calculate fares, issue tickets, and process refunds with precision and speed.
- Customer inquiry resolution: Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chat messages, providing clear information on travel policies, flight status, and ticketing options.
- Complaint investigation: Research passenger complaints, coordinate with operations, and communicate resolutions, especially for delayed or cancelled flights.
- Policy communication: Keep customers informed about new regulations, airline policies, and procedural changes that affect their travel experience.

Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, Aviation Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, organize, and manage high‑volume customer interactions with poise.
- Proficiency with the SABRE reservation platform or similar GDS (Global Distribution System) tools.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, with a track record of resourceful and creative resolution of complex travel issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical policy language into customer‑friendly explanations.
