Position: Strategic Epic Training Consultant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a senior-level Epic Training Strategist to partner with a well-known health system in Oklahoma to design and implement a future-state Epic End User Training program. This is not a traditional training manager role. The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic advisor responsible for assessing the current training model, building a sustainable training organization, establishing governance, and mentoring internal staff toward long-term ownership.
Responsibilities:
• Assess current training program and develop a future-state strategic roadmap
• Recommend organizational structure, staffing model, and governance framework
• Define partnership between End User Training and Clinical Informatics
• Establish curriculum development and competency validation standards
• Support Epic upgrades, optimization, and Super User strategy
• Mentor internal Health IT staff toward sustainable program ownership
Education and Certifications: Not specified. Ex-Epic preferred.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Senior or director-level experience leading enterprise Epic training strategy across multiple applications
• Background in Clinical Informatics or Provider Informatics highly desirable
• Proven track record influencing executive and clinical leadership
• Ability to travel as required
