Job Description:
• Own the end-to-end recruitment process for both leveraged corporate roles and volume & velocity roles across operations
• Develop and implement hiring fundamentals, including structured intake forms, competency-based scorecards, standardized question banks, and formal interview debrief cadences
• Up level the Applicant Tracking System (starting with BambooHR)
• Identify opportunities to embed automation within the recruitment workflow
• Serve as an integrated partner to the Finance team for headcount planning, budget approvals, and compensation bands
• Implement AI power tools to simplify candidate sourcing and screening motions
• Define, track, and report on core KPIs, specifically time-to-fill and quality of hire metrics
Requirements:
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth or startup environment where you built processes from the ground up
• Proven success managing both leveraged role searches and volume & velocity hiring
• Experience implementing or optimizing an ATS (BambooHR experience is a strong plus)
• Experimentation and iteration mindset as it relates to implementing AI into the hiring motion
• Dedication to data-driven insights
• Business acumen that facilitates an understanding of headcount forecasting, ROI, and budgets
• Strong operator who enjoys partnering with leadership teams and bringing structure to ambiguity
