About the Role

The Talent Scout is responsible for strategically expanding and nurturing Sound’s talent community as a growth engine for the organization. Acting as a connector and talent market strategist, this role combines recruiting, marketing, and business development principles to identify opportunities, build long-term relationships, and convert talent leads into prospects. Top candidates will bring innovative sourcing & engagement strategies and will be able to leverage both new and existing tools creatively. Unlike a traditional sourcing role, this role is focused on pipelining for future opportunities versus roles we are recruiting for today. 

 

The Details: This opportunity will require the ability to travel to a minimum of two recruitment events per year. This position is eligible for additional compensation beyond base pay.
