Work Environment & Equipment

As a remote employee, you will work from a private residence that meets our connectivity standards. careerzynith will supply the necessary hardware—including a headset, webcam, and any specialized software—to ensure a professional setup. You must have a reliable broadband internet connection (DSL or cable) with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and upload speed of 3 Mbps. Satellite, dial‑up, or wireless connections are not acceptable. Your workstation should be ergonomically arranged for a sedentary role, with a quiet, distraction‑free space to maintain focus.

Physical Demands

The position primarily involves constant sedentary work, requiring prolonged periods of sitting while using a computer and telephone. Regular short breaks are encouraged to promote health and well‑being.
