Workplace Investigator - Employee Relations Specialist

JOB SUMMARY 
The Workplace Investigator is responsible for conducting thorough, fair, and timely investigations into employee relations concerns, policy violations, compliance matters, and workplace misconduct. This role requires strong interviewing, documentation, and analytical skills, with the ability to handle 
sensitive issues with discretion and neutrality while partnering with HR, Legal, and business leaders.
