About the position Level Agency is looking for a detail-driven, curious, and energized Account Coordinator ready to support high-impact digital marketing campaigns. You’ll be part of a collaborative, fast-moving team that blends performance, precision, and client partnership. As an Account Coordinator, you’ll help keep client engagements organized, efficient, and forward-moving. You’ll partner closely with Account Managers and cross-functional teams to track progress, support communication, and keep the engine running smoothly. Responsibilities • Track projects, manage timelines, and organize client deliverables • Take clear, actionable notes during client and internal meetings • Assist with campaign pacing and retainer tracking • Communicate with clients to share updates and gather feedback • Learn the basics of key platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, etc.) to support strategy and execution • Create and compile data reports with guidance from media team • Support the team in identifying account growth opportunities • Stay on top of performance marketing trends and best practices • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure work aligns with client goals • Complete relevant certifications and training to deepen your knowledge • Use tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, and Perplexity to improve how you work • Share your prompts, process improvements, and ideas with the team • Experiment regularly and refine your workflows over time • Embrace discomfort as part of the learning process • Apply AI tools to increase your speed, clarity, and creativity—not to replace thoughtful work Requirements • 1–2 years of experience in a digital agency or performance marketing setting • Basic understanding of paid advertising platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Exceptional organization and time management skills • Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides) • Enthusiasm for learning and growing in a digital marketing career • Comfort working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, remote environment Nice-to-haves • Exposure to tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or ClickUp • Familiarity with Looker Studio or similar reporting tools • Some hands-on experience with campaign reporting or QA • Understanding of project coordination in a client-facing environment Benefits • Monthly WFH stipend • Summer Fridays • Generous time off • Unlimited PTO (U.S.) • Competitive vacation (Canada) • Parental/family leave options • Comprehensive health benefits • Mental health support • Company-paid disability & life coverage • Employer retirement contributions (401(k) in the U.S., RRSP match in Canada) • Quarterly performance reviews • Career advancement opportunities
