Our Member Services Center serves as the vital link between arenaflex and our valued members, providing support, information, and solutions to enhance their overall experience. Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused professional to fill the role of Customer Service and Chat Agent at our Oklahoma Member Services Center. In this position, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming calls and member-facing chats, providing accurate information, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring every member receives prompt, courteous, and effective assistance.

This is a full-time position requiring 8 hours per day, with shift times scheduled no earlier than 12:45 PM following the completion of training. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working a flexible schedule, including weekends and split days off, as our team operates to serve our members whenever they need us most.
