Role Overview

As a German‑Speaking Customer Support Specialist at careerzynith, you will be the first point of contact for our German‑language customers. You will wear many hats—troubleshooter, product guide, data analyst, and advocate—ensuring that every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression. This role sits at the heart of our B2B SaaS ecosystem, where you will help customers unlock the full value of our revenue‑management solution, resolve technical challenges, and contribute ideas that shape future product enhancements.

The position is fully remote, with a shift that runs from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM CET, five days a week. It is open to candidates residing in Europe or South Africa who hold a valid work permit.
