Responsibilities
- Closing warm leads and managing sales opportunities
- Understanding and promoting the company's products including metal buildings, concrete, and barndominiums
- Collaborating with the team to ramp up for the spring sales rush
Skills
- Experience in sales, specifically in construction or related industries
- Proven track record of past sales experience and results, including quota and quota attainment
- Ability to close warm leads
- Understanding of startup equity and willingness to accept RSUs
- Attention to detail
- Experience working in a startup environment
- Desire to build something real and take ownership
