Position Overview

careerzynith is hiring a dedicated, articulate, and customer-obsessed Remote Customer Experience Specialist to join our growing global team. This is a fully remote, full-time contract opportunity designed specifically for international professionals who are ready to support our predominantly North American client base during standard Eastern Standard Time business hours. The successful candidate will be a key member of the marketing and sales team, serving as the first point of contact for inbound customer inquiries, educating prospective clients about our product, and ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression.
