Responsibilities

• Connect with clients through scheduled virtual consultations via Zoom
• Help individuals and families understand available coverage options
• Guide clients through the onboarding and enrollment process
• Maintain clear and compliant digital documentation
• Provide ongoing client support and follow-up communication
• Participate in weekly team sessions focused on mentorship, collaboration, and skill development

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
